Wiley Whiskey Single Barrel A85

Introducing the next of our limited release barrel aged spirits from our Wiley Whiskey brand. This single barrel whiskey is made from a blend of locally sourced grains and double pot distilled to create a smooth and flavorful spirit. 

This single barrel whiskey is made with a mash bill consisting of 75% corn, 10% rye and 15% malted barley. It was put into a charred oak barrel at an entry proof of 110 which pulled a heavy caramel flavor and has been aged 19 months. It was completely bottled at barrel proof which ended up at 112. It has a dark brown sherry color to it, a very nice mouthfeel and is a super smooth sipper even at this proof. Very limited release with less than 60 bottles available, so get yours before they are gone!
